Beijing Yi Tang Sheng Xin Semiconductor Industry Investment Center (Limited Partnership) reduced its shareholding in Ingenic Semiconductor (SZSE:300223) by 7,584,421 shares, equivalent to 1.5749% of the total share capital. This change, executed between June 29, 2022, and March 4, 2025, lowered their stake from 12.5749% to 10.9999%, totaling 52,972,283 shares. The reduction was carried out through centralized trading on the securities exchange. Beijing Yi Tang Sheng Xin confirms it adhered to prior commitments, specifically related to restrictions on transferring newly issued shares acquired during a major asset restructuring, and complied with all relevant laws and regulations.
