Bona Film Group shareholders complete stake reduction

Bona Film Group (SZSE:001330) announced the completion of previously disclosed share reduction plans by shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's shares. CITIC Securities Investment, along with its affiliates, reduced their holdings by a total of 4,755,112 shares between December 5, 2024, and March 4, 2025, at prices ranging from 6.15 to 8.74 RMB per share. Tibet Hehe Investment, together with its consistent actors, reduced their holdings by 36,889,899 shares between December 13, 2024, and February 26, 2025, at prices ranging from 5.05 to 7.21 RMB per share. Following these transactions, Tibet Hehe Investment's stake in Bona Film Group fell below 5%. The company stated that the reductions were in compliance with regulations and would not affect company control.
