Amoy Diagnostics (SZSE:300685) announced the completion of the cancellation of 5,374,840 repurchased shares, representing 1.35% of the company's previous total share capital. Following the cancellation, the company's total share capital decreased from 398,436,809 shares to 393,061,969 shares. The share cancellation was completed on March 4, 2025, following approval at the company's extraordinary general meeting in February 2024, where shareholders authorized a share repurchase program between RMB 100 million and RMB 200 million. The company used its own funds for the repurchase. The highest transaction price was RMB 23.80 per share, and the lowest was RMB 17.20 per share, with a total transaction amount of RMB 101,408,848.00 (excluding transaction costs). The company will now update its registered capital and articles of association accordingly.
