Ms. Wang will no longer hold any position within the company. According to regulations, her resignation took effect upon delivery to the board. As of the announcement date, Ms. Wang holds 10,625 shares of the company, which will be managed according to applicable laws and regulations. Her departure will not affect the company's operations. Chairman Mr. He Qishu will temporarily assume the duties of board secretary until a permanent replacement is appointed.
