STO Express completes acquisition of Transit Center assets

STO Express (SZSE:002468) announced the completion of its acquisition of the transit business asset group of a transshipment center on March 1, 2025. The acquisition, initially approved on January 22, 2025, involved the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, STO Express Co., Ltd., acquiring assets from Yiwu STO Express Co., Ltd. for RMB 11 million. The acquired assets, detailed in an asset valuation report by Zhongshui Zhiyuan Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd., have now been formally transferred, with all associated rights and obligations now belonging to the acquirer. The acquired transit business assets will be consolidated into the company's financial statements.
