Runtu invests CNY30m in Shenzhen venture capital fund

Zhejiang Runtu (SZSE:002440) announced it will invest ¥30 million in Shenzhen Jiahe Xin Kun Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) using its own funds. The fund, managed by Guyu Jiahe Private Equity Fund Management (Shaoxing) Co., Ltd., will focus on investing in the equity of unlisted companies, targeting a total fund size of no more than ¥50 million. Runtu's investment will represent 60% of the partnership. The investment term is seven years, with a five-year investment period and a two-year exit period. Runtu emphasized potential investment risks, including market volatility, regulatory changes, and the possibility of investment failure.
