Renrenle warns of possible delisting for third time

Renrenle Commercial Group (SZSE:002336) issued its third risk warning on March 5, 2025, regarding the possible delisting of its shares, as the company's 2023 financial results triggered a delisting risk alert and the company expects continued losses. The company's audited net assets at the end of 2023 were negative, and its 2021-2023 financial results showed losses after deducting non-recurring gains and losses. The company expects the situation to persist in the coming year. While 50% of the payments related to the disposal of assets has now been received, Renrenle is also under scrutiny for frozen bank accounts. The company urges investors to exercise caution, noting that if specific financial conditions persist in 2024, its shares could be terminated from listing.
