Joyvio Foods: Progress on Chile subsidiary compliance plan

Joyvio Foods announced that its Chilean subsidiary, Australis Seafood S.A., has submitted an appeal regarding the rejection of compliance plans for its Traiguén 1 aquaculture center. Australis is seeking to overturn the decision, approve the submitted compliance plans, and waive penalties. Australis has also filed an administrative reconsideration application. The regulatory authority acknowledged receipt of the application on March 3, 2025. The company has already had some compliance plans approved for other sites.
