Guizhou Space Appliance boosts stake in Jiangsu Aole Optoelectronics

Guizhou Space Appliance (SZSE:002025) announced it will increase its stake in Jiangsu Aole Optoelectronics by acquiring the remaining 32.7023% equity interest from China Allray Group Limited for approximately RMB 5.69 million in cash. The transaction, approved by the board on March 4, 2025, will raise Guizhou Space Appliance's ownership of Jiangsu Aole to 96.5370%. Jiangsu Aole, specializes in optoelectronic modules and components. Valued at approximately RMB 175.83 million in an assessment performed by Shanghai Lixin Asset Appraisal in 2024, and has shown robust financial performance in 2023 with sales of RMB 146.03 million and net profits of RMB 8.27 million. The acquisition aims to resolve potential business qualification constraints related to the existing equity structure.
