Chinalin Securities' controlling shareholder pledges additional shares

Chinalin Securities (SZSE:002945) announced that its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Liye Group, has pledged an additional 62,000,000 shares of the company. The pledged shares represent 3.56% of Liye Group's holdings and 2.30% of Chinalin Securities' total share capital. The pledge, with Jiangsu Bank as the pledgee, begins on March 3, 2025, and lasts until the pledge registration is canceled. Following this transaction, Liye Group has pledged a total of 744,000,000 shares, representing 42.75% of its holdings and 27.56% of Chinalin Securities' total share capital. Chinalin Securities stated that this pledge does not present any risk of forced liquidation or price risk. The company will continue to monitor changes in the shareholding and disclose information accordingly.
