CECEP Solar unit buys Beijing property in related deal

** CECEP Solar Energy (SZSE:000591) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CECEP Solar Technology, will acquire 13 units of office space in Beijing from CECEP Shouzuo (Beijing) Construction for a total of RMB 36.72 million. The acquired property, totaling 10,144.25 square meters, will serve as CECEP Solar Technology's new headquarters and a centralized office location. The transaction, approved by CECEP Solar Energy's board, constitutes a related-party transaction as CECEP Shouzuo is controlled by the parent company, China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP). The purchase is driven by CECEP Solar Technology's expanding operations and the need for enhanced facilities to support future growth and innovation. The purchase price was determined based on an independent appraisal, with final terms agreed upon through negotiation between the parties. Funding for the acquisition will come from CECEP Solar Technology's internal resources.
