Boshi Automation lands CNY 88.46m contract

Harbin Boshi Automation (SZSE:002698) announced it has entered into a contract with Inner Mongolia Boyuan Yingen Chemical Co., Ltd. for ¥88.46 million. The contract involves the provision of packaging and palletizing equipment, including embedded software. The agreement, signed recently, stipulates that all goods must be delivered by June 1, 2025. The value of the contract represents approximately 3.05% of Boshi Automation's 2023 annual revenue. The company anticipates that the contract will positively impact its financial performance in 2025 or 2026, subject to on-site installation and acceptance. Boshi Automation affirmed it has the resources to fulfill the contract and that the agreement does not compromise its business independence.
