Goldwind Tech guarantees Namibia subsidiary's service agreement

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology (SZSE:002202) announced that it will provide a guarantee for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Goldwind Renewable Energy Namibia (Pty) Ltd. The guarantee supports Namibia's obligations under a "Long-Term Operation and Maintenance Service Agreement" with Diaz Wind Power (Proprietary) Limited. The total guarantee amount is capped at RMB 116,456,028.08, accounting for approximately 0.31% of the company's latest audited net assets as of 2023. The guarantee period extends from the date of the "Parent Company Guarantee Agreement" until the contractor, Goldwind Namibia, completes all responsibilities and obligations under the service agreement. The company's total outstanding guarantees, including this new guarantee, amount to RMB 1956 million, representing 5.20% of its most recent audited net assets.
