Yicheng New Energy supervisor resigns, new appointment made

Henan Yicheng New Energy (SZSE:300080) announced the resignation of Supervisory Board Chairman, Mr. Jiang Yong, due to work adjustments. Mr. Jiang's resignation became effective upon the election of a new supervisor, before which he fulfilled his duties. The company's controlling shareholder, China Pingmei Shenma Holding Group, recommended Mr. Liu Hongwei to fill the vacant supervisor position. Mr. Liu's term will begin upon shareholder approval and extend until the expiration of the current board term. The company expressed gratitude to Mr. Jiang for his contributions during his tenure. The announcement was made on February 28, 2025, following a Supervisory Board meeting.
