TianShan Aluminum (SZSE:002532) announced that its shareholder and actual controller, Zeng Chao Yi, has released a portion of his pledged shares. The release involved 10,441,500 shares, accounting for 26.52% of his holdings and 2.24% of the company's total share capital. The initial pledge date was March 29, 2024, and the release date was February 27, 2025. After the release, Zeng Chao Yi and related parties hold 195,437,330 shares, representing 42.01% of the company's total shares, with a cumulative pledged amount of 68,640,000 shares, or 35.12% of their holdings. The company stated that its operations remain normal and that Zeng Chao Yi's financial status ensures the pledge poses no risk of forced liquidation or changes in control.
