Supor director Delphine Segura Vaylet resigns

Zhejiang Supor (SZSE:002032) announced that Delphine Segura Vaylet has resigned from her position as a director on the eighth session of the board, effective immediately. Ms. Vaylet also resigns from her role on the Remuneration and Assessment Committee. The resignation, attributed to personal reasons, will not leave the board below the minimum number of directors required by law, and the Company will promptly initiate procedures to fill the vacancy. As of the date of the announcement, Ms. Vaylet does not hold any shares in the company. The company expressed gratitude for Ms. Vaylet's contributions during her tenure.
