Ingenic Semiconductor shareholder reduces stake to 7.9999%

Ingenic Semiconductor (SZSE:300223) announced that shareholder Shanghai Wu Yue Feng Integrated Circuit Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) decreased its stake in the company between July 18, 2023, and February 27, 2025. The shareholder reduced its holdings by 7,057,900 shares of A-shares, representing 1.4656% of the company's total share capital. This brings Wu Yue Feng's total ownership from 4,558,3171 shares (9.4655%) to 3,852,5271 shares (7.9999%). The transaction involved bulk trading via stock exchange.
