Cecep Solar completes cancellation of stock options

Cecep Solar Energy (SZSE:000591) announced the completion of the cancellation of 1,035,405 stock options on February 28, 2025. The cancellation impacts six incentive recipients, following approval at the company's board and supervisory meetings in February 2025. 250,140 of the options expired unexercised at the end of the second exercise period of the 2020 stock option plan. An additional 785,265 options were canceled due to the termination of employment of four incentive recipients. The company confirms that the cancellation complies with relevant regulations and will not affect the company's share capital structure.
