Bank of Suzhou: Suhang convertible bonds to cease trading soon

Bank of Suzhou [SZSE:002966] has issued a notice regarding the redemption of its "Suhang Convertible Bonds" (127032). Trading will cease on March 3, 2025, with the last day for conversion to stock on March 6, 2025. Bondholders have until market close on March 6th to convert, after which unconverted bonds will be redeemed at a price of ¥101.35 per bond, inclusive of tax, and then delisted. The redemption is triggered due to the company's stock price exceeding 130% of the conversion price for 15 trading days.
