JA Solar bondholder sells over 10% of convertible bonds

JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002459) announced that Jingtai Fu Technology Co., Ltd. and its concert party, Jin Junmiao, reduced their holdings of "JA Convertible Bonds" by 9,128,200 bonds through block trades between May 8, 2024, and February 24, 2025, accounting for 10.19% of the total issued amount. This change brings their total ownership down to 33,543,839 bonds, representing 37.44% of the total outstanding convertible bonds. The initial issuance of "JA Convertible Bonds" totaled 89,603,077 bonds, and were listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on August 4, 2023.
