Huatian Technology changes sponsor representative for stock issuance

Tianshui Huatian Technology (SZSE:002185) has announced a change in its continuous supervision sponsor representative for its 2021 non-public stock offering. Tianfeng Securities, the project's sponsoring institution, has appointed Ms. Cai Dongdong to replace Mr. Gai Jianfei, who is stepping down due to a job change. Ms. Cai will join Ms. Sun Zhijie in overseeing the remaining supervision duties related to the company's unutilized raised funds. Ms. Cai Dongdong is the Vice President of the Investment Banking Department of Tianfeng Securities. Prior to joining Tianfeng Securities she has audit and investment banking experience from Deloitte, Ernst & Young and other companies. The continuous supervision period will continue until the obligations stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange are fulfilled.
