Zhongji Innolight's controlling shareholder pledges shares

Zhongji Innolight (SZSE:300308) announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhongji Holdings, has pledged 2.6 million shares, representing 2.05% of its holdings and 0.23% of the company's total share capital, to China Minsheng Bank. Following the pledge, Zhongji Holdings has cumulatively pledged 19.12 million shares, accounting for 15.06% of its holdings and 1.71% of Zhongji Innolight's total share capital. The company stated that the share pledge will not impact its operations or change its actual control and that both Zhongji Holdings and actual controller, Wang Weixiu, have no non-operating fund occupation or illegal guarantees that would harm the company's interests.
