Ingenic Semiconductor shareholders plan to reduce holdings

Ingenic Semiconductor (SZSE:300223) announced that several key stakeholders, including shareholder Beijing Sihai Junxin Co., Ltd., Director Li Jie, Director Xian Yonghui, Supervisor Zhang Yanxiang, and Senior Manager Zhang Min, intend to reduce their company shareholdings. Beijing Sihai Junxin plans to reduce its stake by 800,000 shares (0.1661% of total share capital). Director Li Jie intends to reduce holdings by 700,000 shares (0.1454%), and Director Xian Yonghui plans to reduce his by 600,000 shares (0.1246%). Senior Manager Zhang Min aims to reduce by 250,000 shares (0.0519%) and Supervisor Zhang Yanxiang will lower her holdings by 180,000 shares (0.0374%). The reduction period is scheduled from March 19, 2025, to June 18, 2025, with the price to be determined by market conditions. The company stated that these reductions will be conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
