Haisco Pharma: Controlling shareholder pledges additional shares

Haisco Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002653) announced that Fan Xiulian, a controlling shareholder, pledged 3.86 million shares, representing 1.78% of her holdings and 0.34% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, effective from February 24, 2025, matures on February 22, 2028, or the date of completion of the share pledge registration cancellation procedure, with Guojin Securities Co., Ltd. as the pledgee. These shares are pledged for Fan Xiulian’s own production and operating needs. Following the pledge, Fan Xiulian's total pledged shares amount to 5.336 million, accounting for 24.55% of her holdings and 4.76% of Haisco’s total share capital. The total pledged shares of the controlling shareholder (including Fan Xiulian and Wang Junmin) amount to 14.801 million, representing 17.08% of their combined holdings and 13.22% of the company’s total share capital.
