Dong-E-Jiao appoints new director amid board changes

Dong-E-Jiao (SZSE:000423) has proposed the appointment of Yu Xiaohui as a non-independent director, pending shareholder approval, to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of Shen Jinfeng. The proposal was approved during the company’s 11th board meeting on February 25, 2025. Yu Xiaohui, who previously served in management positions at China National Pharmaceutical Group and China Resources Pharmaceutical, currently holds leadership roles at China Resources Pharmaceutical Group and China National Pharmaceutical Research and Development Center. Shen Jinfeng's departure, attributed to work changes, will not leave the board below the statutory minimum, and he will continue his work at China Resources Pharmaceutical Group. The company expressed gratitude to Shen for his contributions during his tenure.
