CCOOP Group shares face judicial auction

CCOOP Group (SZSE:000564) announced that 29,321,000 shares held by Hunan Xinhe Cooperation Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., and 4,184,100 shares held by Jining Yanzhou Xinhe Baiyi Commerce and Trade Co., Ltd. will be auctioned, representing 0.16% and 0.02% of the company's total share capital, respectively. The auction, ordered by the Yuhu District People's Court of Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, aims to recover debts owed by the two entities. The auction will take place on the Taobao online platform from March 30-31, 2025. CCOOP Group clarified that this action will not result in a change of control as the shares represent a small portion of the total share capital and that the parent company is not affected.
