Sunwoda invests in Rockets Capital Mars fund

Sunwoda Electronic (SZSE:300207) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Xinwei Electronic, will jointly invest in Rockets Capital Mars L.P. with Rockets Capital, a professional investment firm. The fund aims to raise $25 million USD, with Hong Kong Xinwei committing up to $6.75 million USD. The fund will focus on investing in Positec Inc., a high-tech company specializing in electric tools and robotics. This investment is intended to leverage Rockets Capital's expertise in overseas technology sectors, enhance Sunwoda's competitiveness, and align with its strategic development goals. The investment will be funded from Sunwoda's own capital.
