Financial Street Holdings: Jinjie 01 bond repurchase finalized

Financial Street Holdings (SZSE: 000402) announced the completion of the "22 Jinjie 01" bond repurchase. According to the initial offering documents and subsequent announcements in February 2025, bondholders were given the option to sell their bonds back to the company. The final repurchase, facilitated through China Securities Depository and Clearing Shenzhen Branch, saw 11,000,000 bonds repurchased, totaling 1.1 billion RMB (excluding interest), effectively reducing the amount held to zero. Concurrent with the buyback announcement, the company disclosed it is providing a guarantee for the debt financing of its fully owned subsidiary, Financial Street Chongqing Yulong Industrial, to a limit of 700 million RMB, in order to support daily operations.
