Sunwoda completes stock option cancellation under 2022 incentive plan

Sunwoda Electronic (SZSE:300207) announced the completion of the cancellation of a portion of stock options under its 2022 Restricted Stock and Stock Option Incentive Plan. The decision was made following the sixth board and supervisory meetings on February 12, 2025, where the proposal to cancel unexercised stock options from the initial grant's second exercise period was approved.
