FAW Jiefang to convene extraordinary shareholder meeting

FAW Jiefang Group (SZSE:000800) will convene its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on March 6, 2025. The meeting will address key proposals including the expected amount of daily related transactions in 2025, agreements with FAW Finance Co., Ltd. on financial services, the expected amount of financial business with FAW Finance Co., Ltd. and the election of Yu Changxin as an independent director. Shareholders can vote in person at the meeting location in Changchun, or remotely via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system or the internet voting system. The equity registration date is set for February 27, 2025.
