Electric connector technology elects new board at meeting

Electric Connector Technology (SZSE:300679) announced the results of its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025, held both in person and online. Shareholders approved the election of the fourth board of directors, including non-independent directors Chen Yuxuan, Chen Xudong, Wang Guoliang, and Zeng Li. Independent directors Chen Qing, Li Mian and Lu Rui were also elected. The election was conducted via cumulative voting, with each nominee receiving over 98% approval from attending shareholders. Shareholders also approved the election of Li Xuechen as the shareholder representative supervisor. The meeting was attended by shareholders representing 44.1934% of the company's total voting shares. The legal counsel confirmed that the meeting procedures and resolutions were in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
