Winner Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300609) announced that the equity holdings of its controlling shareholder, Zhang Hongjun, have changed significantly, reaching an integer multiple of 1%, requiring public notice. Zhang Hongjun reduced his holdings by 296,000 shares through centralized bidding between February 14 and February 17, 2025, representing 0.25% of the company's total share capital. As a result, Zhang Hongjun's ownership decreased from 22.05% to 21.81%, or 26,194,742 shares. These transactions are part of a previously disclosed share reduction plan to fulfill personal financial obligations. The company states that this change won't affect the corporate governance or controlling shareholder status.
