Tongding Interconnection's controlling shareholder releases and pledges shares

Tongding Interconnection Information Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002491) announced that its controlling shareholder, Tongding Group Co., Ltd., has completed the release of 10.2 million shares from pledge and pledged 11.2 million shares. The released shares represented 2.63% of Tongding Group's holdings and 0.83% of the company's total share capital. The newly pledged shares account for 2.89% of the Group's holdings and 0.91% of the total share capital.
