Tianjin Teda Co., Ltd. [SZSE:000652] secured approval from its bondholders to redeem early its "20 Teda 01" bonds, according to a legal opinion released by Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm. At a meeting held on February 13, 2025, holders of 86.24% of the outstanding bonds participated and voted. The resolution to redeem the bonds early passed with 73.95% approval, representing bonds valued at 33,500,000 RMB. The meeting addressed bonds issued to qualified investors in 2020.
