TCL Zhonghuan to acquire Maxeon's non-U.S. sales subsidiaries

TCL Zhonghuan Renewable Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002129) has announced progress in its plan to acquire Maxeon Solar Technologies' sales subsidiaries located outside the United States. The acquisition includes 100% equity in these subsidiaries, along with related tangible and intangible assets, including the SunPower trademark for non-U.S. regions. The total acquisition price amounts to $35.69 million.
