Sunshine Global Circuits elects new board of supervisors

Shenzhen Mingyang Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. (Sunshine Global Circuits) has announced the upcoming election of its fourth session of the Board of Supervisors, as the term of the current board expires. The decision was made at the 31st meeting of the third session of the Board of Supervisors on February 14, 2025. Qin Xiaohu and Zhang Yanfen have been nominated as non-employee representative supervisor candidates and are subject to shareholder approval at the first extraordinary general meeting in 2025. They will be voted on individually using a cumulative voting system. One employee representative supervisor will be elected separately at the employees' congress. The new board will serve a three-year term. The current supervisors will continue their duties until the new board takes office. Tan Liping will no longer be a supervisor but will continue to hold other positions within the company. As of the announcement, Qin Xiaohu holds 15,000 incentive shares of the company's stock.
