Landai powertrain controller pledges shares

Chongqing Landai Powertrain Corp (SZSE:002765) announced that its actual controller, Zhu Junhan, has completed share pledge repurchase transactions for a portion of his holdings. Specifically, Zhu pledged 11,916,400 shares, representing 15.96% of his holdings and 1.83% of the company's total share capital. Of the pledged shares, 11,050,000 are high-level locked shares, and 866,400 are non-restricted shares, with the pledge beginning February 13, 2025, and ending August 14, 2025, to HUA FU SECURITIES. As of the announcement date, Zhu Junhan directly holds 74,665,600 company shares, representing 11.45% of total share capital; of those shares, 29,716,400 are pledged.
