Jihong Technology completes registration of overseas joint venture

Xiamen Jihong Technology (SZSE:002803) announced the completion of registration for its overseas joint venture, AJT Holding International Limited, established in collaboration with VENUS TRADING FZCO. The joint venture, located in Dubai International Financial Centre, has a registered capital of 1 million AED (approximately 1.97 million RMB). Jihong Technology, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Vermilion Bird International Limited, holds a 45% stake, while VENUS TRADING FZCO controls the remaining 55%. Registered on February 12, 2025, as a Private Company with registration number 9932, the joint venture will serve as an investment vehicle for constructing a production base and trading platform in Ras Al Khaimah and Salalah.
