EIT Environmental shareholder completes planned stake reduction

EIT Environmental Development Group (SZSE:300815) announced that shareholder Tibet Yuneng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. has completed its share reduction plan. Tibet Yuneng reduced its holdings by a total of 10,955,433 shares, representing approximately 2.75% of the company's total share capital. This included 3,894,833 shares sold through centralized bidding at an average price of 16.1360 yuan per share, and 7,060,600 shares sold via block trades at an average of 14.4774 yuan. Following the reduction, Tibet Yuneng's stake in EIT Environmental decreased from 6.13% to 3.39%. The company confirmed that the reduction complied with relevant laws and regulations and would not affect company governance or operations.
