Changfang Group changes signing certified public accountant

Shenzhen Changfang Group (SZSE:300301) has announced a change in its signing certified public accountant (CPA) for the 2024 financial statement and internal control audit. Originally, Peng Guodong (Engagement Partner) and Fu Lizheng were assigned as signing CPAs, however, due to internal personnel changes within Zhongxingcai Guanghua, the auditing firm, Li Dongqing will now replace Fu Lizheng. Peng Guodong will remain as a signing CPA. Li Dongqing has been involved in listed company auditing since 2023 and began practicing at Zhongxingcai Guanghua in 2024. The company states the change will not adversely affect the 2024 audit.
