Tanac Automation's subsidiary completes business registration change

Tanac Automation (SZSE:300461) announced that its holding subsidiary, formerly Zhejiang Tanac Shuangjing Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd., has completed its business registration change, renaming itself to Zhejiang Zhuoda Laser Equipment Co., Ltd. The change also includes a new legal representative and adjustments to the business scope. The company has completed the necessary procedures and obtained a new business license from the Jiashan County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. The registered capital remains at RMB 10 million. The updated business scope includes manufacturing metal cutting and welding equipment, machine tool components, semiconductor and electronic equipment, and intelligent robots.
