Sunshine Global Circuits announces change in board secretary

Shenzhen Sunshine Global Circuits Technology Co., Ltd. announced a change in its board leadership. Ms. Jiang Xiangyu has resigned from her position as board secretary but will remain with the company in another role. The company's board of directors has appointed Mr. Zhang Wei as the new board secretary, effective from February 14, 2025, until the expiration of the current board's term. Mr. Zhang's appointment was approved during the third session of the board's 37th meeting. He previously held the position of Finance Director at Sunshine Global Circuits and holds 90,000 shares in the company. He meets all necessary qualifications and is not subject to any regulatory restrictions.
