Hebei Huijin Electromechanical: Director and deputy GM resigns

Hebei Huijin Electromechanical (SZSE:300368) announced that Mr. Zhu Feng has resigned from his positions as Non-Independent Director, member of the Board's Strategy Committee, and Deputy General Manager, effective immediately. Mr. Zhu's resignation, attributed to personal reasons, does not violate any laws and will not reduce the number of directors below the legal minimum. The company confirmed that Mr. Zhu held no company shares at the time of his resignation. Hebei Huijin Electromechanical also stated the Board of Directors expressed its gratitude for Mr. Zhu Feng's contributions to the company during his tenure.
