Glory Medical "Shangrong bonds" mature, share capital changes

Shenzhen Glory Medical (SZSE:002551) has successfully completed the redemption of its "Shangrong Convertible Bonds" as of February 17, 2025. A total of 1,862,612 bonds were redeemed at 110 RMB per bond, inclusive of tax and the final interest payment, amounting to 204,887,320 RMB. The bonds, previously listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under code "128053," have been delisted. Throughout the conversion period ending February 14, 2025, 5,637,368 bonds were converted into 115,281,660 company shares. This conversion resulted in an increase of 669,051 shares, bringing the total share capital to 845,494,578 shares.
