Yantai Tayho Advanced Materials (SZSE:002254) has completed the repurchase and cancellation of restricted shares previously granted under its 2022 equity incentive plan, involving 27 incentive recipients. A total of 349,200 shares were repurchased and cancelled, representing 0.04% of the company's total share capital before the cancellation.
