Leon Technology elects new board, appoints executives

Leon Technology (SZSE:300603) announced the completion of its board and supervisor elections, effective February 13, 2025. The company elected a new board consisting of nine directors, including six non-independent and three independent members. Wang Gang remains Chairman.
