Kan Specialities completes board, management overhaul

Zhejiang Kan Specialities Material (SZSE:002012) has completed its board and supervisory restructuring, electing a new board of directors and supervisors at its recent shareholder meeting. The new board consists of five directors: Liu Xi (Chairperson), Yang Zhaoyu, Sun Zhichao, Hu Xiaolong and Wang Yuesheng. The supervisory board includes Guo Xiaobin (Chairman), Zhang Ying and Dong Chenglong. The company also reappointed Liu Xi as General Manager and Yang Zhaoyu as Deputy General Manager, Company Secretary, and CFO. Liang Xiaowei remains as Securities Affairs Representative. The changes follow the expiration of the previous terms.
