Jinke Property arbitration ends, relieving financial pressure

Jinke Property Group (SZSE:000656) announced that arbitration proceedings initiated by Broad Gongga Investment Pte. Ltd. have been terminated, with HKIAC (Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre) officially ending the case on February 13, 2025, at the applicant's request. The arbitration concerned approximately RMB 32.03 million (around $4.4 million USD). Jinke confirmed its non-opposition to the termination request, leading to the HKIAC decision. Jinke will assess the financial impact of this development and account for it according to accounting standards. The company also stated that they have no other significant litigation or arbitration exceeding 10% of the company’s net assets or RMB 10 million. Jinke urged investors to exercise caution.
