Huaiji Dengyun Auto-Parts (Holding) Co., Ltd. [SZSE:002715] has announced its intention to re-appoint Zhongxi Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its auditing firm for the 2024 fiscal year. The decision, approved by the board and supervisory committee on February 12, 2025, is subject to shareholder approval. Zhongxi Accountants' audit service fee is estimated at 800,000 RMB, comprising 700,000 RMB for the financial audit and 100,000 RMB for the internal control audit. Dengyun cites Zhongxi's professional competence, independence, and investor protection capabilities as key factors in the renewal. The proposed re-appointment now awaits deliberation at the upcoming shareholders' meeting.
