GCL System Integration subsidiary obtains high-tech enterprise status

GCL System Integration Technology (SZSE:002506) announced that its subsidiary, Wuhu GCL System Integration New Energy Technology, has received the High-Tech Enterprise Certificate. The certificate, jointly issued by Anhui Province authorities, is valid for three years from October 29, 2024 (certificate number GR202434000883). As a qualified High-Tech Enterprise, Wuhu GCL System Integration will be subject to a preferential corporate income tax rate of 15% for three years starting from the year of certification. GCL System Integration expects this tax benefit to positively impact the subsidiary's and the company's financial performance for 2024 and the following two years.
